This past weekend made it abundantly clear why we love this company and why we’ll never take our business anywhere else.

We had what can only be described as a commercial kitchen nightmare: our grease trap literally blew a hole in the side of itself (due to age). If you’re in the restaurant industry, you know just how catastrophic and disruptive that situation can be. I was convinced we’d be shut down for days.

The moment we called, Len dropped everything and was at our restaurant in what felt like record time. He didn’t just show up and do the job… he rolled up his sleeves and stayed with us through the entire ordeal. He helped clean up the mess, coordinated replacing the grease trap, and worked tirelessly to get us back up and running as quickly as possible.

What could have been a devastating, multi-day closure became a manageable situation because of Len’s dedication, expertise, and genuine care. He went far above and beyond anything that could reasonably be expected, and the level of service we received was nothing short of exceptional.

There simply aren’t enough words to express our appreciation. Thank you, Len, Janice, and the entire Mac & Co team, for always being there when it matters most. 🚨 Well… this wasn’t exactly how we planned to spend our weekend. 🚨

Thanks to a very unfortunate equipment failure involving our grease trap ( ‼️ 🤢), we were forced to close on both Saturday and Sunday.

Not only did we lose our busiest day of the week, but we were also fully stocked and ready for a packed weekend. THE GOOD NEWS? Nothing is going to waste on our watch, and we’re passing the savings along to you! Who doesn’t want a deal on food these days? 😅
