Hi the storm according to the weather network will roll through by 6:00ish. So we will be playing it by ear closer to 6:30. Coaches having practices you have the choice to cancel or not. If you cancel or can not play because of the diamond conditions please notify your convenor.

REMINDER: Today is picture day!!!! Our Executive team can't wait to see all your smiling faces!

Please come no earlier than 15 minutes to your time slot to limit confusion and overcrowding.
There will be a tent set up outside the chalet to check in with a volunteer.
Only parents of the team getting their pictures taken will be allowed inside the chalet. When inside the chalet, please keep noise to a minimum.

INFO FOR PEEWEE DIVISION AND OTHERS WITH A MIX UP ON UNIFORMS:

First of all we would like to apologize for this mix up and we are working with our supplier to correct the issue asap.
At this point you have 2 options:

1) Your coaches have been informed to bring the uniforms to picture day today, where we can find the best size possible and share between the team. The photographer only does individual photos and superimposes everyone into a group during the editing process. Everyone doesn't need a uniform at this time.

2) You can wait for your own uniform and come on retake day that we will be pushing back a few extra weeks to ensure that everyone has their uniform.

Just a friendly reminder that Picture Day is tomorrow! 🎉

Photos will be taken at the Chalet at the ROC (The building at the bottom of the ski hill, beside the volleyball nets).

To help keep things running smoothly and avoid overcrowding, please try to arrive no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled photo time, if possible.

We can't wait to see everyone in their uniforms and smiles! 😊🥎

WE NEED YOUR HELP!!

Have you ever wondered how you can help the League and the youth of Georgina, with a minimal investment of time?
Our Bingo World Fundraising opportunity might be just the thing!
We are looking for 4-5 additional volunteers to help fill our time slots at Bingo World and Gaming Centre in Newmarket. As a club, we volunteer for a total of eighteen shifts over the course of a year, with 2 volunteers being required at each shift. Our shifts are on Sundays from 12-2pm. There is an easy, short online training module, followed by a shadowing shift at the Gaming Centre with one of our trained volunteers. You will be provided with a League uniform shirt. Consider signing up on your own, or with a friend if you'd like to attend the Centre together. You can volunteer for one or two shifts per year, or more if you have the time.
This is our main fundraising event and allows us to keep registration fees reasonable for most families. Without it, our registration costs would be significantly higher.

Tonight's game will be held at Black River between GBK and Bretzky's II, Sq**rt division at 6:30pm.
