- labour costs can be anywhere from $150-$500... The things that can effect the price more or less are: how big this piece is, or how many pieces there are, if you want it stained or painted, or both, if you want a more chippy effect, distressed effect, or smooth effect. Milk painted, Chalk Painted or latex painted, If you want the drawers or the inside of the piece painted, What you're using it for so we can determine and suggest what kind of top coat it would need, if you want new hardware (or stick with the original) and what kind of condition the peice is in (if it needs wood filler, if the drawers need fixing, etc.)
I hope this can give you all an idea on just how much thought, time and effort goes into these old pieces! Its a lot of work, and can be very time consuming. But there really is nothing like an old solid piece of wood furniture, and we will gladly make it beautiful again for you to love and enjoy in all it's Rustic Charm! 🌷
