First Tracks Contracting Ltd. is hiring — 2 labourer positions available

We are looking to hire two labourers to join our crew.

Experience is an asset, but it is not required. We are happy to train the right people. What matters most to us is a strong work ethic, a good attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

This position would be a good fit for someone who is comfortable working outdoors, enjoys hands-on work, and has some general mechanical understanding. Experience around farms, tractors, quads, equipment, tools, or construction is definitely helpful, but not mandatory.

Work includes general civil construction labour, site cleanup, assisting operators, helping with pipe work, grading, digging, and other day-to-day tasks on excavation and utility projects.

We are looking for people who:

Show up on time
Work well with others
Are willing to learn
Can take direction
Are physically able to work outdoors
Have a positive attitude

A driver’s licence and reliable transportation are preferred.

Work is generally in the Kelowna / West Kelowna area.
