haven’t filmed a full workout like this in probably 3 years.. still working out some kinks lol.
also not sure how I feel about the purple & green background 😂

this is one of my weekly routines atm!! can be done at home too if you have weights. lmk if you try it ❤️

full details:
warm up - walking lunges 2 x 20
squats w squat jump 3 x 12/12 jumps
side lunges 3 x 12
split squat drop set 3 x 8/8/8
rdls 4 x 10

& dont forget your dance break.. 1 x 2 minutes 😉

hello 2026!!!

this is a lil reminder to myself that filming in public isn’t actually that scary…

these clips were taken over the last few months, as i’ve been slowly building confidence filming in the gym (at all sorts of weird angles 😂)

this year I want to share more of my experience with strength training, running (maybe another half marathon?!), and everything in between!
