The next development at Tallus Ridge is underway. Paramount Peaks is coming soon!

Getting very close to submitting for building permit. This will be a nice addition to Nicola Lake.

Preliminaries underway

So great to see projects when they are complete, especially when you have difficult zoning issues. On this project, we had a very tight height tolerance that we had to work with. In the end, it all worked out with out any head banging. Not until the home stereo goes in that is 🙂
