The real estate market is waking up! March brought trends hinting at what to expect this spring. Residential home sales increased 15% compared to last year. Condo sales rose 14%, and townhouse sales remained steady, up 2%.

Home prices are also moving. Residential homes saw a 12% increase, averaging $1,117,815. Condo prices dipped by 8% to $443,684. Townhouses continued to climb, averaging $750,493, up 7%.
