Apple Blossom - we infuse Calvados, a French apple brandy with hibiscus, mango, dried apple, rose water; and we combine it with house made strawberry cordial, Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao, and cold pressed lemon juice. Finished with a mist of Absinthe. Floral, tropical, citrus. Spring in a cocktail. #
