I haven't posted in a while.... it's been a rough start to my year. I've had A LOT of emotional ups and downs, and they are not over any time soon.... BUT I want to stay positive, and I know God has a path for me, as he has a path for everyone. I need to trust in His divine plan ❤️
Thank you to everyone for being supportive throughout everything thus far.

Eat locally grown, this is the greatest protest. Without control of the food the corporations will fall, that is why they are attacking our food system. Start growing your own. Buy only Canadian grown. Sorry no bananas!

Today, Oct 26th 2025, this will be one of the saddest days to remember for me. She was my partner in crime, my best buddy. My heart has a hole where she once was. I'm still in shock of your passing. I raised you from a pup, we had so many adventures. Now you have endless adventures in the sky. Love you always and forever ❤️

Every winter, I upgrade my education through CPDs, Continued Profressional Development courses. This year, my focus is on HOLISTIC NUTRITION, among another exciting avenue, which I will announce later in the season.
I always like to give my best to my clients, and I will be starting to ramp up my focus on anti-inflammatory diets, weight loss, hormone balancing with foods, and more!
Sending love and light to everyone ❤️
Eggplant is one of those veggies (actually a fruit) that a lot of people don't really know what do with.
My favorite way to preserve eggplant after a growing season is to slice the eggplant about 1 inch thick, salt, and pat dry when the bitter water seeps out (wait about 10-15mins). Then roast slightly and freeze. You can then use add your processed eggplant into soups, stir fry, and my personal favorite, coconut based curries. It's like little sponge that soaks up all the flavors of your dish!
Don't be wondering, try it out!

I highly suggest this ebook or audio book. Our ancient history WILL BE revealed, our truths selves WILL flourish, and we WILL transcend the craziness that we see in todays' world. This book explains this and touches on so many other amazing points about what our purpose CAN & COULD BE as human beings.
