Don't have an R/C car or trucks? No problem, TVRCRC has demo trucks and cars available at not charge to first time racers.

Racing cancelled this weekend! We will make up this race next weekend May 24th then we are back to the regular schedule.
Sorry everyone, this is due to the water main repairs in the area. The city is using the facility to support the residents with potable water. We would not be able to water the track and do not want to occupy the parking lot.

Race Day Times/Setup
- Gates open approx. 8:00am, and track setup
- Racer registration followed by Drivers meeting at 9:30am
- First race starting at 10:00am
- 1(or 2) qualifier followed by a lunch break
- Double mains to finish the day
- Smoking in designated areas only.
- No drug or alcohol use on facility property. This will result in permanent ban from the Club
- Footwear - Closed-toe shoes are required.
- LiPo Safe charging bags are required for all racers (no charging in cars), enforced by fellow racers
- LiPo battery max voltage per cell will be 4.200V, even for HV rated batteries.
Items to bring
- Extension cord and power bar
- Pit towel or mat large enough to protect tables from damage
- Chair, table, and shade
- Some Tables will be available, but we have limited supply

OLPH School, Lower Gym
235 Poplar Street, Kamloops
**from Poplar St entrance, head down to lower parking behind the school. Double doors closest to Poplar Street will provide access to the Gym area.

Nov 2nd, and 16th
Dec 7th and 21st
Jan 4th and 25th
Feb 8th and 22nd
Feb 27-Mar 1 Mid Winter Challenge Trophy Race at TCC
Mar 8th
Mar 22nd - Final Indoor Club Race
Race Day Times/Setup
- Doors at 900, and track setup (about 45mins)
- Racer registration followed by Drivers meeting at 10-1030
- 1 qualifier followed by Double Mains
- First Race start 11am, follow with a lunch break, followed by Mains
- Award Ribbons (1st-3rd, Participation), and track pack up.
- Final dry mop of the gym floor and double check facility (garbage, etc)
Safety Items
- No smoking on OLPH School property, AT ALL. Please leave premises. Ensure you clean up accordingly.
- No drugs or alcohol use on OLPH School property. This will result in permanent ban from the Club
- All classrooms, upstairs, and the ‘Child care’ washroom are off limits.
- Indoor footwear - as the weather changes, we will recommend all participants to bring suitable indoor shoes, and be mindful of tracking in mud/snow.
- LiPo Safe charging bags are required for all racers (no charging in cars), enforced by fellow racers
- LiPo battery max voltage per cell will be 4.200V, even for HV rated batteries.
- SXT 3.0 Odourless traction compound only. Out of Town racers will be permitted to use other “odourless” compounds upon approval by RD.
Items to bring
- Extension cord and power bar
- Pit towel or mat large enough to protect tables from staining
- Chair with non-marking feet
- Tables will be available, but we have limited supply/space.
**Space is limited, tables 6ft or larger will be expected to have two racers sharing the space. (2 per table)

ANNOUNCEMENT
There was a fire reported at the VV Track facility this morning. Unfortunately, it appears that our main race control booth has been completely lost.
We ask that R/C users stay away from the track today while fire inspectors and crews finish up.
Anyone that may have been to the track over the last 24hrs, please reach out. ..evening if "everything looked fine", we would appreciate you reaching with what time you were there and what you saw.
