🥦Beef & Broccoli Stir Fry - 3/pk for $13.95

High in protein and big on flavour. Just add 5 ingredients to the blend (beef strips, broccoli, water, soy sauce & oil) to make sweet and savory stir fry with notes of garlic, ginger, miso, and coconut sugar in 15 minutes. With 270 mg sodium per serving, it’s about half a typical takeout order.

Customize it & make it your own:
Use ground beef instead of beef strips

Swap beef for chicken thighs, firm tofu or ground pork/chicken

Swap broccoli for green beans, bok choy, cauliflower or snap peas (whatever is on sale and in season)

You can also make the sauce and instead of using in stir fry toss with cooked udon, rice noodles or soba.

🥢Chicken Fried Rice - 3/pk for $13.95

Better-than-takeout fried rice in 15 minutes. Tender chicken, fluffy rice, and veggies come together with flavours of tamari, garlic, ginger, and chives for that takeout flavour you crave, but without caramel colour and half the sodium of take-out.

Just add a handful of ingredients you probably already have to make the recipe on pack (chicken, left-over rice, coleslaw, water, soy sauce and sesame oil) Kid friendly and good warm or cold.

Customize & make it your own:
Swap chicken breast with pork, ground chicken or shrimp.

Alfredo mixed with Creamy Ranch powder(which is now BACK IN STOCK!!) for the pizza sauce on a 10” garlic Nan bread LOADED with veg and diced chicken, topped with light Mozza cheese.

In season Zucchini - sliced about 1/2” thick topped with a sprinkle of sharp white cheddar, Crispy & Crunchy Coating, and a pinch of cayenne 🌶️ (optional). Drizzle with olive and air fry 6 mins under foil and 4 min uncovered 😋
