Out of the ashes of the 2021 BC wildfires people are rebuilding their homes and doing things smarter in the process. Polytech added 4 inches of closed cell to complete the building envelope tying in to the ICF walls. Along with triple pane windows this is about as airtight and energy efficient as possible.
