A great job completed! We had a lot of fun managing the large amount of material left over from previous excavation cut and were able to get the hillside back to its natural look. This is what we did 👇

We assisted in the removal of a mobile home.

Lifted up the area and gravel capped where the trailer was to create ample parking infront of the new home.

Stripped topsoil and blended out the large amount of remaining subsoil left up top above the house from previous excavation.

Re sloped excavation cut and natural hill side.

Topsoil capped and track packed the hillside back to its natural slope.

Gravel finished around the backside of the home.

92 verti blocks later and lot of space has been created in this backyard! The amount of flat usable space was next to non prior to this job completion. Very limited access made material removal and haul in a bit more of a challenge but the final product was well worth it. Looking forward to seeing the grass grow!

Concrete Prep + Nearly Wrapped Up!

Been awesome being a part of this back yard transformation over the last year as the homeowner took a vacant back yard, and built his dream shop, Verti block retaining wall, and is now finishing up with concrete driveway. Stay tuned for a walk through of the completed job!
