Please join us on Friday, September 22nd, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. MT to see our most recent Collective Carpentry collaboration with SHAPE Architecture Studio come together during the panel installation phase of construction. The “Pattern House” project is currently Phius CORE 2024 Design Certified and is in the process of becoming a fully certified Passive House!

Collective Carpentry is supplying and installing the window and door package for this project through Pivot Windows LLC, and we will be joined by Pivot reps Andrew Dryden and Jesse Zacher. 475 High Performance Building Supply has provided our high-performance building membranes, tapes, etc.

June 30-July 11 In the heat of the summer we teamed up with the legends at to assemble this designed octagonal gem. Flawless planning by Jamie the GC allowed seamless work flow on what could have been a challenging site.

A couple weeks ago we had the pleasure of attending the conference in Keystone. One of our owners, Jan, presented alongside Morgan, one of the principals on Leveraging Prefab: Making the Performance Leap.

Our CC business development manager, Craig, also delivered two concise and informative mini-CES presentations from our vendor booth!

Thanks to all who attended or stopped by to chat with us - we hope you gained an understanding of the benefits of integrating high-performance prefabrication into your custom single family residential, multifamily, institutional, or commercial projects.

Monday morning is for playing catch-up after a couple of great weeks of travel!

Had a chance to make two office visits last week: one to the @475.supply HQ in NYC, and one to the office in Boulder. It’s a delight to meet more of our collaborators, and other folks working to mitigate and innovate around the climate impacts of the building industry.
