Spring Break ‘26 Monday March 16-28

With lots of families out of town, Kids classes are off for the next two Mondays. For those in town (and maybe some peeps vacationing in the valley too) we are ON Wednesday for kids at 5:45.

Adults Nogi: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday!

SEMINAR ‼️ ALERT FEB 28

Master Class with Van Isle BJJ owner and head coach Matthew de Groot. Matt is an accomplished IBJJF competitor and Grade A coach. He is also unique because he competes at the lower weight classes, giving him a unique perspective on the movement game.

10AM (NOGI) will focus on taking the back and retention tactics that cycle from defense to offensive opportunity quickly and efficiently.

2:30PM (GI) Adaptable passing from the Torreando with special attention to dealing with wrestle ups.

MAKE IT AN INVERMERE PANORAMA WEEKEND

All seminar participants are welcome to our training session and open mat Friday night and we will be riding (ski and snowboard) Panorama on Sunday.

As usual, we deliver these training and social opportunities with all of the East Kootenay and western Alberta BJJ clubs in mind. Let’s gather the clan of grapplers and have some fun!
