Every win comes from being consistent, stubborn and committed. Wishing I had a second income, but I don’t. Flat roofing is my entire life, so much so Im often reminded to take time out of the day or week and devote it entirely to family, im ashamed to say but I don’t always seize the opportunity, I rarely take the opportunity, or at least didn’t! Everything we have or have had, is from being resilient, passionate and not quitting at one thing or another.. Work, a raffle, online presence, client outreach & down to every individual job.. we don’t quit and we genuinely love what we do and I personally put my all into it. From sun up to sun down and often even in the middle of the night. Im addicted to the chaos that being a business owner brings.

I live for this.. talking to engineers, general contractors, home owners, business owners, restoration companies, builders, relevant trades, my network of contractors.. the phone never stops ringing about roofs.. and I always answer!

I love what I do & im very good at it.
I won’t give it up for anything else, I never have and never will. Im all in, and I’ve never had time or made time for anything else.

But it’s time to put family first. As we all should.
7 days a week just isn’t practical anymore.
I’ll be at every job site, but not 7 days a week unless absolutely necessary from this point on.
