Hello Fancy pants knitting!! This is by far the most complicated sweater I've knit to date, and I LOVE IT!!😃🤗 I got to be a test knitter for the pattern which was awesome... and I did knit it a bit longer, I love the crop but I also love a little extra coverage...it feels liike wearing a dream!!

Here is one of my fave knits from earlier this year, I usually like to knit sweaters, but oh how I love this cow!

Soooo I have ALOT of fabric, like...ALOT of fabric. And my friend was doing this challenge, and... it's time!! Here's how it works...or how I'm going to do it anyway!💃❤️
Do not buy more fabric till I've used up 30 yards of fabric. 😳

And I break this rule...start over.😳
... I have just ordered more fabric... yesterday...and the day before...so I will still be getting more fabric in soon (sigh of relief). BUT from this day forward I declare I will use up 30 yards before buying more!!

I've finished his feet! 🪶 Which are one of the more complicated bits...don't worry not all the quilt has that many little pieces...but aren't they so !?
How did I not know about this company before!? Their quilts are nothing short of epic! And these feet should give you an idea of scale, he's gonna be perfection😉👍 And I love ❤️💃
I am lucky enough to be with a group of other awesome peeps (you know who you are!) So if you're looking to make your own, I have early access, but I think you can pre-order for the fall if you want to make your own Edgar the Raven on epic-ness😉 (They also sell digital patterns if you want to use your - which I think is a pretty cool accessibility option👍 - which is actually what I did because they're in the states and shipping over the border is slow - though I ordered new fabric anyway...because...fabric!!❤️🤗 And I really need more fabric...really.
For my Canadian peeps i got my Kona in a few different places and recommend (who was really fast, great pricing, will cut down to .25.and has all the Kona you can dream of - and had a really nice vibe - yes that's something I care about😉) and (who I LOVE and is local - far away local but feels local, I love them and Kate will help you match colours ect she has quite a bit of Kona and has incredible other stuff too- my recently posted tote fabric came from her too🤗❤️
