A job well done 👏

This morning, Sergeant Twolan and Constable Portillo responded to an unexpected and heartwarming call on Upper Wentworth. Upon arrival, the officers assisted a mother and father in welcoming their baby girl into the world—right in a parking lot.

It was a touching moment and an experience these officers will carry with them forever. Congratulations to the proud parents on the arrival of their daughter!

Message From The President

The Hamilton Police Retirees have over 800 members which include retired service members and the spouses of members who have passed on.

Our family of retired members had some very significant events during the past year.

The annual Spring Luncheon filled the venue at Michelangelo’s Banquet Centre. This annual event is sponsored by the Hamilton Police Service Board, the Chief's Office and the Hamilton Police Association. This Luncheon's success is due to the support of the Directors of the Hamilton Police Association, the Hamilton Police Services Board, the Chief and his Deputies. The Retirees enjoy the feeling that they belong to the overall “Family” that is the Hamilton Police Service. This support continues with the annual Tribute Dinner recognizing the surviving spouses of members that have left us.
