Chef Nancy's journey in hospitality began long ago with a Bachelor of Commerce in Hotel and Food Administration, followed by a years-long career in both front- and back-of-house roles in hotels and restaurant management. After this, she completed her Red Seal Chef journey and ran the Tree House Kitchen, a food-focused business. Now, working in this new, come-full-circle way, Nancy is pleased to host guests for their own private overnight stays to immerse themselves in the calm of this forested retreat.
