š§Hydration Isnāt Just About Water Bowls
Dogs canāt sweat like we do. They rely on panting and minimal sweat through their paws to regulate temperature. That makes them especially vulnerable to dehydration in summer. Make sure your dog always has access to cool, clean waterāand remember, if youāre hot and thirsty, they probably are too.

š¾ Paws on Pavement:
Asphalt and concrete absorb heat fastāsurfaces can reach over 140Ā°F (60Ā°C) even when air temps are just 85Ā°F. Thatās enough to burn your dogās pads in under a minute. Try the ā7-second ruleā: If you canāt hold your hand on the ground for 7 seconds, itās too hot for your dog.
