Hamilton waterproofing project. On this repair job we found that the cedar trees around the house had infiltrated the weepers and caused a full blockage of the system. We dug around the whole house, resealed the walls with blueskin WP and repaired any other minor issues. Added delta drainage membrane and new weepers to a new (sealed lid) sump pit. We also improved the surface drainage by adding a swale to surface drain the side yard. If you have waterproofing needs, give us a call!

Nice big shop we recently completed. Overall size 56x24 with 12’ tall walls and 16’ cathedral ceiling in back area. Infloor hydronic heat will keep it comfortable. Lots of room for this car enthusiast to thrive.

~Mudroom /bathroom renovation ~
At this project we opened up the main artery of this house (traffic wise) to create a more usable and efficient space for the family. Lots of storage, and easy clean durable surfaces that look great. Infloor heat throughout, with custom made walnut tops/ cabinets (made in house). Bathroom features all schluter systems waterproofing with infloor heat and custom cabinets (VC maple ply and solid maple doors) with lots of storage. It also features a fluerco sliding shower door and fluerco luna led mirror.
