Double frame rails that had rust jacking and major splitting at the top flanges. Replaced with a 1/2” QT100 single rail and ready for paint. 3 crossmembers including an extra support crossmember designed to fit under the cab and clear the driveshaft. A moment to sit back and appreciate the job then onto the next one!

Fabricated and installed new aluminum rear crossmember and cab floor on this beautiful international! Lined with sound deading mat.

Must be reliable, hardworking, have a positive attitude and work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong mechanical / electrical diagnosis is a bonus.
Ability to perform DriveON tablet safeties is a bonus.

Frame rail replacement on this beautiful 2003 Western Star!

This truck had rust jacking between the two frame rails and would not pass safety. We replaced the double frame with a single 1/2” QT100 frame rail. This way we can ensure our customer will never have to face this issue again. All crossmembers / brackets were designed and fabricated in house. Completed with a wicked green paint, this unit is ready to hit the road again!
