sometimes it feels like we do this hard inner work, go to therapy, speak up for ourselves even when it's awkward, work on our relationship to money/food/whatever... and life is still kinda hard sometimes !!!
but just know our efforts to heal and grow make a ripple effect in our lives that just make things so much sweeter for us and everyone we touch
