Super excited to announce we will be hosting Breathwork sessions with littleminventions in December. If you’re new to Breathwork or done it before …Majorie’s group is definitely something you want to experience. She creates a beautiful safe space to breath deep into your body, emotions and spirit.
Monday December 1st and December 8th from 7-8:15pm at our Dundas location. Only $25!
Parking behind building is free. Bring your own yoga mat and blanket if you’ve got them (we’ll have some extra if you don’t have one). Spots are limited so sign up now!

This very special young being turned 8 years old! As a surprise... her maman and her grandmaman got together to offer her Squirrel. Squirrel is now named: ACORN.
This morning we decided where to place 3 cement acorns. 3 wishes for this fierce and potent dreamer.
I think they' re perfect room mates!
It is such an honour to be part of this family's circle of love. MY HEART IS BIGGER.
