It’s that sweet time of year again , the sap is starting to flow at Strata! 8 taps installed yesterday and 10 more to go today. 🍁 🥞
We had to take advantage of all the fresh pow around us today for our Physical Expressions class! We all brought in our finest snow toys, Skis , boards , old school GT snow racers .. it was a winter day that many of us remember from our childhoods . ❄️ 🏂⛷🛷

Our chickens have been laying steadily since the lockdown and we want to share them with you ! 🥚 🐓
We have 3 dozen beautiful multicoloured eggs available this week for contactless pickup tomorrow Jan 29 8-4 pm at Strata.
$6 each. 50% of the proceeds will go towards the Ancaster Food Bank during the lockdown.
1 dozen per person limit . Comment below if you’d like to get your egg on ! First come first serve . We will create a waiting list for next Friday 🙂
