Today was such a special day at Empowering Support Services 💙

We had the incredible opportunity to welcome CHCH News into our program as part of Autism Awareness Month. Their team spent time getting to know our clients, staff, and families—and what stood out most was the genuine care they showed every single person they interacted with.

They didn’t just come in to film a segment—they truly connected. They engaged with our clients, met them where they were at, and showed so much kindness, patience, and respect. It meant the world to our participants and created moments that they (and we!) will remember for a long time.

Experiences like this go far beyond a news story. They help bring awareness to the importance of inclusive, supportive programming and highlight the incredible individuals we have the privilege of working with every day.

To the CHCH crew—thank you for making this such a positive, meaningful, and enjoyable experience for everyone involved. And to our families, thank you for trusting us and for being such an important part of our community.
