My wife says I don't post enough part 2.
It's almost May which means it's time for me to post March content...
March started by celebrating Kaden's baptism with our extended family
I sold one of my favourite listings ever on the edge of the escarpment in Grimsby, which since has closed.
We had a 6-plex apartment sold conditionally (still conditional 🫣🤞) in Hamilton. For the 6-plex we were able to get an offer without going on the market. I’ll make a video soon about why sometimes it’s better to sell investment properties off market.
I also sold a purpose-built student condo unit in Waterloo. There was a ton of inventory available so my clients were thrilled that we were able to sell in less the 2 weeks.
For rentals, I was able to help a friend rent out one of his apartment units in St. Catharines after he converted it into a tri-plex. For our portfolio, I had to kindly ask a homeless person who broke into one of our units to leave. Thank you to governments at all levels for assisting in red tape and inflation to accelerate the transition to tent cities. Nothing is more Canadian than camping ⛺
And to end the month I got to celebrate my champagne birthday and Kadens first Easter. Both were very fun 😊
