In today's body-positive world weight loss has become a taboo thing to talk about.
But the reality is that the way that you feel usually has a lot to do with your weight.
Over the past 20 years of helping people. I've never had anyone come to me and ask me to help them just love their body and change nothing else.
It's always been how they feel about themselves and how to help them lose weight and rebuild the confidence that they've lost. The hope that they've lost. And the habits that will help them achieve their goals while keeping things simple.
Stop wasting time and get moving today.
Right now, save $500 on your program when you enroll.
To see if you qualify DM me to see if this might be the right fit for you.

Tired of feeling overwhelmed and stressed out?
You’re not alone!
Stress is a part of life, but that doesn’t mean you have to let it control you.
Managing your stress is key to a healthy and fulfilling life.
But how?
Here are some tips to help you take control of your stress:
1. Embrace the pressure.
Rather than trying to avoid stress, learn to accept it and use it to your advantage. Pressure can be a great motivator to help you reach your goals.
2. Break things down.
Don’t try to tackle your entire stressor at once. Break it down into manageable chunks and take it one step at a time.
3. Take time for yourself.
Don’t feel guilty for taking time away from work or other obligations to focus on yourself. Your mental health is just as important as your physical health.
4. Focus on the present.
Don’t dwell on past mistakes or worry about the future. Instead, stay focused on what’s important right now.
5. Don’t be afraid to ask for help.
Everyone needs a little help once in a while. Don’t be afraid to reach out and ask for it.
Managing your stress is key to living a healthy, happy life. So don’t be afraid to embrace it and take control!

Being a caregiver is amazing... But far too often you forget to take care of yourself.
You’ve been pushing yourself to the limit, trying to keep up with the long hours and exhausting workloads. But don’t forget, you can’t be a superhero. You need to take care of yourself too.
Burnout is real and it’s a serious problem. Even if it feels like you’re doing the right thing for your patients, remember that you can’t give your best if you’re running on empty. Taking the time to recharge and refuel is essential for your physical and mental well-being.
It’s time to break the stigma around burnout and recognize it as an important healthcare issue. Don’t be afraid to speak up and ask for help when you need it. You can’t pour from an empty cup. Taking care of yourself is a priority - don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

"Take It One Step at A Time"
Losing weight can seem like a daunting task, but when you break it down, it can be surprisingly simple.
Start with small changes and work your way up to your ultimate goal.
Whether it's swapping out snacks for healthier options, adding daily exercise to your routine, or keeping a food diary, every step you take towards a healthier lifestyle is a step in the right direction.
You can do this!
Believe in yourself and take it one day at a time.

People may shame others for wanting to lose weight for a variety of reasons, including:
Insecurity: Some people may feel threatened by the idea of someone else changing their body for the better. They may feel inadequate or jealous and lash out as a result.
Ignorance: Some people may not understand the struggles that come with weight loss and may make insensitive comments out of ignorance.
Fear of change: Change can be scary, and some people may try to hold others back from making positive changes because it challenges their own comfort zone.
Cultural or societal pressures: There are many societal pressures that influence how people perceive weight and body image. Unfortunately, this can lead to shaming and judgment of those who do not fit the accepted norm.
Regardless of the reasons behind it, weight loss shame can be hurtful and discouraging. It's important to focus on your own health and well-being and ignore the negativity of others.

When Agnes came to see me she was holding onto the stress of keeping her friends secret.
She had been crying for the past few weeks and never smiled.
The secret was a major life decision and it had killed her to hold it in.
She started to eat when she felt stress coming on.
She gained 15lbs in just three weeks and stopped doing anything for herself.
Thinking that this was how she was supposed to handle it. It was killing her energy, self-esteem and so much more.
After working with her, she could release the stress of what was hurting her the most.
Then she was able to create a new plan of action so that she could get herself back on track and back to enjoying the life that she wanted to live.
It doesn't have to feel like it's the end of the world. And you no longer have to hold onto the things that are hurting you.
If you or someone you know has been struggling with this please feel free to pass this on and have them reach out.
Or if you have been trying to make changes and haven't been able to on your own.
I invite you to reach out so that we can come up with a plan that will help you in a way that will get you moving forward.
