Another great night on the mats...
Here's a little action from one of my sparring sessions back 2006. One of the last times I sparred before my training injury and early retirement before my 2nd UFC fight.

Nothing like a Monday night trying to flip, choke and armlock my friends. Good times!
Years ago, I got asked to do a fight scene for a rap video. So my friend Dean and I put something together and beat each other up for the cameras.
Afterwards, one of the producers shook his head. "You guys go way harder than stunt men do," he said after Dean knocked me down with a vicious front kick. I was sore for days. Good times!
