Feeling stressing, anxious, and overwhelmed? How about exhausted or burnt out? We want to help! We will be starting a virtual group therapy that will focus on CBT for Stress Management. Learn what you can do to regain your balance and feel positive and hopeful again.

• Composition: 7 weekly sessions, 1.5 hours in length ( with a complimentary 30-minute one-on-one intake session will be offered to those interested in joining group)
•Dates: April 6, 2021 (7 consecutive Tuesday evenings)
•Time: 7:00 pm- 8:30 pm
•Therapist: Dr. Colleen Merrifield
•Total Cost: Program Cost $800 (can be billed in weekly installments) Note: covered by most therapy insurance plans and we recommend you verify directly with your provider.
