November. This is the perfect to catch up on all things canning and preserving. During peak season we can process and freeze the beautiful locally grown produce from our community and then when we have a break in the growing season with more time on our hands in addition to the cooler temperatures that make jamming and canning much more enjoyable. Works brilliantly with fruit but veggies and pickles 🥒 should always been done in peak summer growing season. 🫙 🪄 ✨✨✨✨✨✨
