We don’t often post like this, but today we need to speak from the heart.

This week alone, we’ve had over 20 last-minute cancellations.

Tomorrow, May 1st, we’ve had 13 cancellations in one day. As a small, local business, this is incredibly disheartening and difficult.

When appointments are canceled with short notice, it leaves large gaps in our therapists’ schedules—gaps we often can’t fill in time. For our dedicated team of therapists, time truly is money. When they don’t have clients, they don’t earn an income.

We work hard to be flexible, to accommodate your schedules, and to make your health a priority. We simply ask for the same consideration when canceling.

That said, we have multiple openings tomorrow and would be so grateful if you’d help us fill them—whether it’s booking in yourself or sharing this post with someone who may benefit.
