It’s not very oily or dusty. It gives very good coverage but you can layer if needed. The sponge is great and has a separate compartment at the bottom. It’s super easy to apply. It lasts all day, stays perfect for every day use. It’s honestly the best compact foundation I have used. I highly recommend it.
