Heading to my sisters for dinner tonight and I’m bringing Summer Corn Salad. This will keep in the fridge for 3 days and it gets better every day!!

Haddock fish tacos with shrimp over here! Complete with homemade pico de gallo and guacamole! Show me how you celebrated Cinco de Mayo!

You guys... if you’re a fan of stuffing with your turkey or chicken dinner, let me introduce you to stuffing balls! I don’t stuff my turkey, because I find the juice from the turkey ends up in the stuffing and not back into the bird.

Just make your stuffing as you normally would (I’ll post my recipe in the comments), and ball it up like you would a meatball. Bake at 350, covered for 15 minutes, then turn and bake uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes.
