😎We never get tired of how gorgeous these salads are… just look at those colours and textures!!

🍊GREEK QUINOA: feta, chickpeas, olives, tomatoes and a zippy citrus dressing (GF)

🧅SOBA NOODLE: roasted squash, toasted cashews, sesame seeds with a umami miso dressing (V)

🧆FALAFEL BOWL: baked falafels, quinoa, shredded carrots, chickpeas with a creamy tamari dressing (GF, V)

🥬All salads have a hearty kale base with shredded cabbage, house-pickled onions and cucumbers.

♻️Oh, and those blue containers? They are meant to be returned to us and .friendlier swaps them out for sanitized containers. This helps reduce the number of single use containers we use, yay!

Join us on June 9th at for a screening and community discussion about what it takes to be a farmer, or why you can’t be one.

Filmmaker Devon Cooke explores the romance and finance of farming, and all the ups and downs of working on a farm. The film follows Devon as he travels from Vancouver Island to Nova Scotia discussing farm income crisis, land access, farm succession and farming lifestyle.

This should make for an interesting and inspiring evening of conversation - there will be a Q&A with Devon (and additional guests tba!) following the screening.
