The Summit Station Dairy Milk and Cookies Festival is coming up fast on October 3rd and we are ready to announce our entry for best cookie! We have worked out the kinks and will have our chocolate croissant cookie! It’s the perfect combination of our classic buttery pain au chocolat and a chewy chocolate chip cookie. All topped with a piece of croissant brittle.

Since we’re going with what we’re known for, we will also be bringing some pain au chocolat to sell as well. If you’re cookie-d out.

For those who came out last year (we won third place!) and loved our Lemon Curd brown butter cookie, don’t fret! We will be bringing some of those with us that day, too!

We’re so excited and can’t wait to see you all there!

We are officially open for pre-orders of our Thanksgiving menu! These items will be available for pickup on October 9 & 10 (if you need it earlier, please reach out before ordering otherwise we might cancel the order due to availability). We are particularly excited about the pecan croissant cinnamon rolls. They’re pretty epic.

They’re full of our house-made almond cream and topped with more almond cream and sliced almonds. Double-baked to perfection!
