Chaton is located in the Hamilton Farmers Market. We are baking French inspired treats in the heart of Downtown Hamilton.
Our Mother’s Day menu is tasting so good! Choux with vanilla white chocolate chantilly and raspberries with some raspberry jam, croissants with strawberry rhubarb jam, banana pudding, lemon cream pies, oh my!

Our Mother’s Day specials are live for pre-orders! They’ll be available for pickup May 8 & 9 and we can’t wait to be a part of your Mother’s Day tradition this year! Pictures will be coming so soon!

Our Easter menu is live and ready for you (with a special addition)! Please check it out!
All orders will be ready for pickup the week of April 1-4 (no pickups April 3rd as it’s Good Friday and the is closed). Pre-orders close April 2nd at noon, so get your orders in ASAP!
We will, of course, have some of these items available at the market stall for those who forget to order in advance, don’t like to plan ahead (like me 😅) or need extras!
We also have frozen baked at home croissants, pain au chocolat and croissant cinnamon rolls available for pre-order for an easy breakfast option!
Last year our Easter items FLEW, so be sure to order ahead and don’t miss out!
