Matthew Morgado and Terry Hill recently hosted a Flow Fix demonstration with the Town of Augusta, showcasing how our Flow Fix product can help crews complete durable, efficient asphalt repairs.

The asphalt shown in these photographs is also our product, applied by the crew earlier this year, and it’s still holding strong! 💪🛣️

🚧 Manhole Repair Demo in Gananoque Fast, Durable, Traffic-Ready in 2 Hours 🚧

Matthew Morgado and Terry Hill were recently in the Town of Gananoque showcasing the Da-Lee Manhole Repair System with an on-site demo.

Risers beneath the lid were cracked and deteriorated, a common failure point that can lead to costly road damage and safety hazards.

✅ Opened the repair to traffic in just 2 hours

Their team noted that a conventional cold patch would likely have failed by this point. It’s awesome feedback and a strong example of how the Manhole Replacement System can help municipalities complete durable, efficient repairs with less disruption. ✅

🌉 Bridge Deck Repair Success with QC10 on NY Thruway Weedsport

Matt Kinson recently demonstrated QC10 rapid-set concrete for bridge deck repair on the NY Thruway at Weedsport, and the feedback was outstanding.

✅ Even during an unexpected rainstorm, QC10 set up reliably and remained easy to place
✅ Result: 2 pallets ordered immediately after the demo

The challenge? A cracked and lowered manhole caused by previous weak parg repairs. 💥

The solution? We opened it up using QC10 and PRR, and completed a seamless, long-term repair in just 2 hours! ⏱️✅

🚧 Demo Day with the City of Buffalo Sewer Department! 🚧

Matt Kinson recently showcased the full Manhole Repair System in action with the City of Buffalo Sewer Department and it was a game-changer. 💪

This wasn’t your typical repair. The chamber required a slight rebuild, which under conventional methods would mean resetting bricks with regular mortar, and coming back the next day to finish the job. ⏳

But with QC10 rapid-set flowable concrete and the Mortar Buoy® inflatable dam, the team poured a new chamber that was ready to set the manhole in just 20 minutes! ⏱️✅

The result? Job completed, road reopened, and traffic flowing, all before lunch time. 🚗
