🚧Matthew Kinson returned to the City of Cortland several weeks after their initial manhole repair demonstration, where the site continues to perform well and hold strong.

Following the success of the manhole repair system demo, the city expressed interest in further protecting their infrastructure by sealing the joints. Matthew went back to demonstrate Flow-Fix cold-applied mastic, delivering a fast and effective solution.

The application was completed and reopened to traffic within 20 minutes, with joints fully sealed to prevent water ingress and reduce the risk of future deterioration.

It is always rewarding to see proven solutions deliver both immediate results and long-term performance for our municipal partners.

🚨New York Thruway trialled Flow Fix, our cold-applied mastic for sealing joints during patching work on a busy section of the Thruway in Orange County. Matthew Kinson was on site for the demo, supporting the application and showcasing the product in action.

Typically, hot mastic would be used, requiring a second night on site due to the time needed to heat the material and allow it to cure before reopening to traffic. 🦺

Flow Fix can be mixed on site as needed and reopened to traffic within 20 minutes, allowing both the patching and joint sealing to be completed in a single evening.

🚧This week, Matt Stiller revisited the City of Tigard, OR to view a repair originally completed in July 2025 on a major arterial road carrying thousands of vehicles every day.

At the time, the priority was clear: deliver a rapid repair that could withstand constant, heavy traffic.

Nearly 10 months later, and likely over a million vehicles across it, the repair is still holding strong!

This week, Matt Kinson led a product training session with the Monroe County Sewers Department following successful adoption of our system by their Highways Department. After seeing the results firsthand, the Sewers team took interest, evaluated the system, and moved forward with placing their own order.

To support their specific operational needs, Matt worked closely with the team to customize our mortar body to align with their catch basin specifications. This included increasing the depth by 4 inches beyond our standard size, allowing them to complete deeper pours efficiently in a single application.

🚧At a busy intersection in the Town of Dunnville, a failing manhole frame was breaking apart the surrounding asphalt, something that typically leads to traffic disruption and longer repair timelines.

Matthew Morgado demonstrated Da-Lee’s Manhole Repair System as a quick and efficient fix for this crew. The work was completed in about 2 hours, and the road was reopened immediately after.
