Amazing late 90s/early Y2K slinky floral mini dress with cute ruffled hem. The pattern is textured and embossed kinda like puff paint which I always found super fun!

This one is from my own personal collection and one of my absolute FAV dresses! It reminds me of a shorter more flirty version of Monica Gellars dress in F.R.I.E.N.D.S.
