Introducing Chatting with Chef Jorge Rocha🍷✨

Born in Portugal and later settling in Hagersville, Ontario, Chef Jorge’s passion for food was shaped by tradition, storytelling, and the comforting aromas of slow-roasted meals shared with loved ones.

Today, his cooking is inspired by coastal flavours and creative global influences, proving that the best dishes are often born from spontaneity (just ask about his famous stacked sushi 🍣😉). Honest and ingredient-driven, Chef Jorge reminds us that food is always about more than what’s on the plate.
