I wrote “Love You Softer” a couple years ago based off the type of dream where you don’t have full control over yourself and everything feels impossible. It works as a metaphor for the people in your life who have been dealt tough cards, and the way you empathize with and love them either way.

It is now there for you to listen to, wherever you like to listen. Here it is, accompanied by some photos I like. Let me know what you think :)

Here’s a little bit of my year in review:

1. Played a couple shows!
2. My sweet nephew Leo turned ONE!!
3-4: Got to go ireland with my best friend!!!! (threw up a couple times on a bus, didn’t like that)
5: Never before seen- became a regular at a gym ???? Rescued my mental health (also have eaten so much cottage cheese)
6: Hung out at the park by myself a bunch
7: Got to do some vocals / writing with Kasador on their new album which was extremely cool. One of those is this song!
8: Went to Lake Superior with elizabeth and mckenna and got absolutely beaten down by high winds and rain.
9: Got to sing at my cousins wedding!!
10: Did a fun little show at SickKids with Kasador (and maybe I also just like this pic, alright)
