Derek Eats Again

So my aim was chicken Parm, someone left my moots unsealed and it went bad along with 2 of my other cheeses so cheddar and parmesan were what I had to work with. Turned out great though just very cheddary

After consistently seeing these massive sandwiches for the last while across food pages we decided to come out from Hamilton to Rani’s Lunch Counter to experience for ourselves the absolutely beast sandwiches. Definitely worth the trip! We had the roast beef, and the hot beef. So much deliciousness. Great price too, will definitely be back to try the soups as well as more sandwiches. 5/5.

Made some delicious batter, threw the shrimp in it, fried them made a delicious sauce and tossed them, and bang bang shrimp it is!

Chicken, stuffing, veg and mashed potatoes.

Dinner is served.

Ribs and twice baked loaded potatoes.

Spicy honey garlic chicken and rice bowl

Hanging out with my mom, dinner and dessert. We made apple pie, Apple fritters and I made some fruit bites with mangos, banana and cream cheese filling.

Been sick for a few days but still muster up that energy to cook some bomb ass good food.
