Grain & Grit and Plantkyn are excited to bring you a houseplant repotting pop-up! Just bring a houseplant that could use some refreshing, and we’ll get our hands dirty (literally) while you enjoy a chill afternoon.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Register your arrival time to skip the line ( https://plantkyn.com/pages/pints-and-plants ), or just show up and we'll add you to the queue. Walk-ins welcome.

2. Bring Your Own Plant (BYOP). One plant (or many). No need to bring anything else, we've got you covered.

3. We repot, you sip. Grab a drink while we give your plant a proper spa day. Each plant receives: ✓ Fresh potting mix tailored to your plant ✓ A new nursery pot ✓ A pest/health checkup ✓ Leaf cleaning ✓ Root trim (if needed)

4. Take home a happier plant. Plus optional Care Guides, planters, and supplies to help you keep growing at home.

The Heartleaf Philodendron (Philodendron hederaceum) is a fast-growing, vining Pal who will quickly win you over. They come in several popular and fun varieties such as 'Cream Splash', 'Brasil', and 'Micans' (to name a few) so there are many to add to your collection! Here's how to make them feel at home:

💦 Watering Preference: Water when their potting mix is 50% dry.
😅 Humidity Preference: Moderate humidity is ideal (40-60%) but they will tolerate low humidity just fine.
☀️ Light Preference: They will do best in bright indirect light, but tolerate a range of light levels. You'll always see more growth in brighter light.
🍔 Fertilizer Preference: Moderate nutrient needs, fertilize when they are actively growing
🤎 Potting Mix Preference: An indoor potting mix is a great place to start!
⚠️ Toxic to Pets/Humans?: Yes, they are toxic.
💚 Plant Person Proficiency: Plant Curious Beginner, this is a great starter plant and since it comes in many colourful varieties you can collect them all!
