Compassion First Home Care is looking to connect with a reliable, compassionate Companion / Recreation Therapist who is available to provide support on an as-needed basis.

This would be a great opportunity for someone looking for occasional, flexible work rather than a regular weekly schedule.

✨ You may be called upon to:
• Provide companionship and social support
• Engage clients in recreational and meaningful activities
• Provide cognitive stimulation
• Accompany clients on outings, appointments or errands
• Assist with light household tasks and meal preparation
• Provide occasional respite support for families

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, caring, flexible and genuinely enjoys working with seniors.

Today is close to my heart.

I am a cancer survivor. Being diagnosed at a young age changed my life forever—it taught me resilience, compassion, and the deep importance of feeling supported during life’s hardest moments.

That experience is a huge part of why I do what I do today.
