Monthly Market Update is in! No surprise that homes in Ancaster are upholding their high price tags. On the plus side for buyers, mostly all other areas of the Hamilton/Burlington market are seeing a decline in Average Sale Price especially comparing July 2022 to Aug 2022 data. With the BOC increase in borrow rates I expect this trend to continue enabling Buyers to Purchase a Home for LESS THAN they would have purchased that same home for last year! Which has not happened in a long time!
