The client wanted us to recreate an original trellis fence along the side of the property, complete with an iron gate. The original fence was built over 60 years ago and was supported by a large concrete curb and solid iron posts. The concrete curb had to be demolished and the iron removed before we could set the new post holes... in addition the large Maple had grown over the property line so we had to cut the fence header and part of the new trellis around it's trunk.

The client has a hot tub and pool, and so the pumps, filters and heater all sit behind the wall, but you pass them upon entering the gate. A lean to pool shed was a perfect solution - complete with shelving for chemical storage.

This overgrown front yard needed a little trimming and thinning, and the client wanted a new, wider front walkway. The owners also are planning a new backyard, so watch for that post coming soon.

This East Hamilton property flip required all new sod and gardens, but budget was the only parameter. Make it look fresh, repair the damage from decades of neglect, and keep it under budget.

This front yard was original, unmaintained and the Manitoba Maple in the centre of the lawn was absorbing every bit of moisture from the surface, killing the grass, and anything else that was planted. The client wanted a solution that didn't include grass, but that allowed for something to grow under the dominant Maple. The parameters were low-maintenance, stone and colour.

This beautifully designed, sloped garden, has been growing nearly wild for years, so we cleaned out all the dead Hawthorn bushes, trimmed all the wild ivy, pruned all the small trees and boxwoods and chopped down the rose bushes covering the Western edge of the property so that, in the Spring, they will start fresh

This client had two gardens, on either side of his home's entrance, that were untended hydrangea, and he wanted something more symmetrical and refined

This small home near High Park needed a new face-lift, including flagstone path, new gardens, trash containment, resurface and repair of the front deck in cedar with new raw lumber stairs and aluminum railing. We also repainted the front of the home, angel stone, window and door frames, eaves troughs, soffits and fascia and more.
