Macaron Party!!

These may be the most flavorful Macs so far….. Milk Chocolate, Passionfruit, and Blood Orange macarons and Milk Chocolate, Salty Caramel, and Raspberry macarons.

So delicious!

Some good guesses, but these are actually Lime Tarragon macarons.

Bright, tangy, and just like eating lime/lemonade. These remind me of a sunny spring day.

I suppose a Super Sunday needs a Super Cake….. so I give you the Chocolate Tea Cake. In fact, I think it deserves a much fancier name. Any suggestions?

This one is tremendous. Dark chocolate sponge, topped with a hazelnut crumble, then fully coated in Gianduja, and dipped in a dark chocolate/hazelnut glaze. Finally, it’s topped with caramelized hazelnuts, and a ruby chocolate swirl.

WOWZA! Even I’m impressed - and I made it 😉

Glazed in chocolate, topped with powdered sugar and cacao nibs…… A secret inside of vanilla and chocolate marble cake.

This time I’m brightening your week with a delicious lemon tea cake with candied lemon peel and vanilla batter, glazed and topped with lemon pate de fruit. 🍋

A rainy day calls for a little treat!

My first assignment as part of the KICA-École Ducasse Pastry Academy is a lovely carrot tea cake with vanilla bean cream cheese icing and topped with a candied carrot. The perfect accompaniment to a warm cup of tea.

School is coming so fast!
My little one loves mini bagels from a certain grocery store, but I haven’t been able to find them lately.
