This course is a brief description of the regulatory requirements and industry best practices that govern the individuals in the course. The following regulations and industry best practices are introduced or reviewed (depending upon the experience of the participant).

WHO SHOULD PARTICIPATE IN TRAINING?
Any worker who is expected to work within a lock-out program to ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices, as well as internal company policies. An understanding of the expectations of Regulators and Company Management is required to guarantee compliance.

DID YOU KNOW…
Hydrovacing is the process of using a highly pressurized stream of water to displace the soil, while the soil gets vacuumed to a debris tank. The process is less invasive than traditional manual excavation, as it’s a virtually non-destructive way of excavation and it is an easy and convenient way of excavating soil to dig trenches, locate underground lines and utilities, and clean culverts.
