The turmoil
The buildup
The force

As it pushes towards the surface or the edge, right before the wave is about to break.....it magnifies what's underneath.
Bringing clarity.
The colours and shapes of the rocks are amplified.
The patterns and barriers that created that turmoil within, what initiated the wave, can finally be seen.
As the wave breaks and tumbles, you feel the crash. You might feel like you live there, in the crash.
Its exhausting for things to continually crash around you.
The waves will keep coming if you turn a blind eye to what they expose.
Sit with what you see.
Let it speak so you can recognize and move forward.

The beautiful, smooth as glass, watered-edge horizon is just up ahead.

Nourished my soul this morning with a cord-cutting meditation and felt my little fur baby, Quartz, join me shortly after settling in to the energy. I came to and realized he had parked his little toe beans on my pulse. I found it comforting that he connected with my energy through my pulse as I was calling my life force back to me, instead of giving to others who no longer serve me well. ❤️

Anyone else notice their pets join them during meditations?

For the sun shining on my face, the warmth my tea provides, my body for all the hard work it does for me each day, my confidence within, the beautiful souls I surround myself with, each breath I take and every hug I receive.
