Start Famous is a sleepy little mom+pop print shop at heart. Yes, we’re busy. So very busy. Yes, we run ourselves ragged and print until our bodies hurt. But I’m our heart of hearts we’re just a soft, kind little shop with space and love for everyone.

When we were looking to refresh our look, we knew was going to be the one to get it done right. Their inky, bold style just made so much sense for an inky, bold print shop. Ben took our ideas and our dreams and seriously brought them to life in the BEST way.

We strive for quality and consistency here. The eye, though content (and a little bit snoozy) is keeping watch over every piece of merch that makes its way out the door. Is that a teardrop?! Did someone get some ink on their face?! We’ll never tell!

Our new logo is part tattoo, part band merch, part 70s psychedelic, and 100% who we are. Couldn’t be happier with it.

December is always a crazy month around here, but this time around it’s busier than ever. Weeks-long shipping delays, garment shortages, and long, long days at the shop have made this year extra stressful.

Finally feeling like we’ve got it all under control. Still going to be busting our butts right up until Christmas, but who won’t be!

We’ve got some fun stuff planned for the new year. New logo, new faces, same ol’ shop.

Spring is in the air, and spring brings flowers, and flowers are colourful like our wall of custom mixed Pantones. If you want to sell beautiful summer merch, now is the time to get your orders in!

This is ! She’s the cheery voice on the phone, the order-sorter, heat-presser, all around good time. She also happens to be our in-house graphic designer, and half of the team at ! If you’re looking for a poster, lyric booklet, merch design, logo, or anything of the sort, she’s your gal. Can’t say enough good things.

Seth loves D&D, making beeps and boops on synthesizers, and calms everyone down with his kindness and thoughtfulness. He also pretty much lives in our dark room making and cleaning screens. What an absolute gem.

Been a slow couple weeks here, but things are starting to ramp up! In the meantime we’ve been working on some fun designs in-house, and some fun plans foe the rest of the year. Gonna be a good one!
