My greatest teacher thus far. It teaches me to slow down, breathe, be present, pay attention to my body and mind. Most importantly it allows me to live mindfully and ask myself questions like:
πΏ What do I need right in this moment?
πΏ How could I improve upon my daily life?
πΏ Am I allowing the right people into my space?
πΏ Am I setting the appropriate boundaries?
πΏ Am I nourishing my body with the food I eat or am I just eating for the sake of eating?
This is a small but important list that living mindfully can aid you with. You create a stronger awareness of your daily life and surroundings and thus improving all aspects of your life. Creating balance and living with purpose. This what is all about π

Look at the world from a new angle. If something is not working or not getting better, change the way you perceive and approach it π
Mindfulness is a wonderful way of doing this π
Practice meditation. Pay attention to your surroundings. Be mindful of what you eat. Be mindful of who you allow in your space. Pay attention to how you treat others π
Letβs be better by changing things at home. We must know ourselves enough first before we can help others π

π The holidays can be a tough time for some. While some of us find ourselves dealing with family conflict, others may not have any family at all.
π Itβs okay to reach out if you feel you could use a supportive environment. Even just for an hour and maybe only during the holiday season if thatβs what you need.
π Wellness Wednesday is an informative and supportive FREE run peer support group that occurs every Wednesday @ 11 am via Zoom.
π You DO NOT have to subscribe to anything. You do not need to commit to coming every week and you can feel at ease sharing with like minded individuals or just sit in for the comfort of knowing you are not alone.

β¨If you are positive towards others, others will be positive towards you.
β¨ If you are negative towards others, others may be negative towards you.
β¨ This concept seems rather simple but in the midst of our busy day and stressful situations, we often dismiss things easily such as the way our messages are interpreted by others.
β¨ Our body language gives off Energy and Vibes. Our verbal language gives off Energy and Vibes. Our demeanour gives off Energy and Vibes.
β¨ Be MINDFUL of these Energies. Be MINDFUL of what comes back to you.
β¨ The more MINDFUL we are of the Energy and Vibes we put out into the world, the better the Energy we receive back to us.
